WHAT IS DRIVE TEAM LEADERSHIP ALL ABOUT?

The Drive is about organization, process, rigor, a code of behavior and mentoring exellence.

We believe that a lot can be learned from the organization, management and staffing philosophy of the great cattle companies of the west.  These companies and their leaders successfully managed massive cattle drives that dramatically changed the growth and economic success of the west.

These drives were complex, challenged by some of the harshest conditions and highly unpredictable.  However, they created organizations and engrained codes of behavior that helped them achieve their goals and prosper.   The Drive focuses on those management philosophies that we think are still relevant and needed in today’s challenging markets and deteriorating values and ethics.

The LEADERSHIP CODE WORKSHOPS

Our workshops take your leadership team through an in-depth discovery of the company’s codes of behavior (ethics/values) and challenges each of them to think differently about how they can become stronger and respected leaders; leaders that people will want to work for and strive to emulate.

MENTORSHIP

Mentorships is a lost concept in today’s business environment. Too many leaders and managers are focused on what’s good for THEM, versus what’s good for the company or the people that work for them. There was a time when we mentored our employees to improve their skills, take on more responsibility and develop into the next leaders of the organization. Mentorship can save organizations tons of money in severance, recruiting and time lost in manager or leadership transitions. We will provide a model of how to create a Mentorship mentality within your organizations.
