We founded SpursOn to help small to medium-sized company CEO’s and their leadership teams to discover ways to enhance their business performance. We dig for root causes that are the barriers to success and help re-focus the business on foundational business principles: operational process, goal alignment, leadership, staff development/mentorship, financial management, and department level business strategies.
